Are your sales people making quota?

Aside from the fact that only 54 % of salespeople make quota, the “2018-2019 Sales Performance Report” from CSO Insights, the research division of Miller Heiman Group, reveals that sales performance is getting worse in general — with sales teams less effective at 15 of the 16 common sales activities used to measure sales performance.
